Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 July 2026
These terms govern the use of maribeldigitalmarketing.com and the engagement of Maribel Digital Marketing's services. By using this website you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
Maribel Digital Marketing provides digital strategy, brand building, content management and creation, UGC content for brands, and consulting services. Contact: maribelbelave@gmail.com.
2. Services and proposals
- The information on this website is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer.
- Each engagement is defined in an individual proposal (scope, timeline and price), which prevails over anything stated on the website.
- The 15-minute diagnostic call is free and carries no obligation.
3. Payments
Prices, currency and payment terms are agreed in each proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, monthly retainers are invoiced in advance and one-off fees upon acceptance of the proposal.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide the information, access and materials needed for the work in a timely manner.
- Ensure you hold the rights to any materials you supply to us (copy, images, trademarks).
5. Intellectual property
- The content of this website (copy, design, own imagery) belongs to Maribel Digital Marketing and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Client logos shown belong to their respective owners and appear solely as a reference of work done.
- Rights over project deliverables are set out in each proposal; unless otherwise agreed, they are assigned to the client once the work is paid for, and we may show the result in our portfolio.
6. Liability
We work with professional care, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (sales, followers or rankings), which depend on external factors. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Third-party links
This website links to third-party sites (Calendly, Tally, Instagram, client websites). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory rights granted by your local legislation.
